Terms of Service
1. Terms
By accessing the website operated by SPICE LEADS LLP (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and accept responsibility for compliance with any local laws that may apply. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. All content on this Website is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SPICE LEADS LLP’s website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the Website
- Remove copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server
This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by SPICE LEADS LLP at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed form.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on SPICE LEADS LLP’s website are provided “as is.” The Company makes no warranties—express or implied—and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SPICE LEADS LLP does not guarantee the accuracy, expected results, or reliability of the materials or links on the Website.
4. Limitations
In no event shall SPICE LEADS LLP or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the materials on the Website—even if the Company or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations may not apply in jurisdictions where such limitations are not legally allowed.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on SPICE LEADS LLP’s website may contain errors—technical, typographical, or photographic. The Company does not warrant that any material on the Website is accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the content at any time without notice but are not obligated to update it.
6. Links
SPICE LEADS LLP has not reviewed all of the websites linked to this Website and is not responsible for their content. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.
7. Modifications
SPICE LEADS LLP may revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use this Website, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada (NV), and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state for any disputes arising under or related to these terms.
9. Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute or claim related in any way to your use of this Website, including calls, texts, or communications, will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. You may still bring valid claims in small claims court.
This agreement also applies to claims involving our clients, vendors, and marketing partners, who are considered third-party beneficiaries of this arbitration clause. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of arbitration awards is limited. However, an arbitrator may award the same individual relief (including injunctive or statutory damages) as a court.
Arbitration may be conducted through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer-Related Disputes rules, available at www.adr.org or by calling +1 888 295 9993. You may choose arbitration by phone, in writing, or in person in your local jurisdiction or another agreed location.
You and SPICE LEADS LLP agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis—not in a class or representative action. If a claim must proceed in court, both parties waive the right to a jury trial. Either party may still seek injunctive relief for the misuse of intellectual property in court.
